Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Naledi Collection Online Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in IGC Brand Services’ product warranties. Your placement of an order at the Naledi Collection Online Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

United States & Canada Sales Only

The Naledi Collection Online Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and Canada. No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside of the United States or Canada. The Naledi Collection Online Store sells and ships products to end user customers and authorized jewelers only. You may not purchase for resale. IGC Brand Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if IGC Brand Services suspects you are purchasing for resale.

We will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation with your order shipment.

Naledi RingFinder App

The Naledi RingFinder app allows you to browse and make purchases directly from www.naledicollection.com using your internet connected iOS device. Purchases made using the Naledi RingFinder app are governed by this Sales and Refund Policy.

Custom-Configured Product

IGC Brand Services offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications. Please review your order carefully. Once your custom-configured item has been prepared for shipment, it may not be changed or canceled. Learn more about IGC Brand Services’ Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Methods

IGC Brand Services allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our policies carefully, especially with respect to payment methods, before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards

Whether you order online or phone in your order to IGC Brand Services, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card for orders totaling $15,000 (USD) or less. When you provide IGC Brand Services with your card information, IGC Brand Services will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. IGC Brand Services will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships.

The Naledi Collection Online Store accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States and Canada.

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

The Naledi Collection Online Store requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

Wire Transfer

All international orders, and United States and Canada orders totaling $15,000 (USD) or more may only be paid by Wire Transfer.

Prices & Availability

An item you select may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. While we make every attempt to ensure you are always selecting from inventory available for sales it is not always possible to reflect the change immediately. Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

If either case occurs we will contact you and offer you a substitute or refund your purchase price in full. Our prices are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants at 1-800-344-6605.

Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange. We will even pay all shipping fees for returns.

Once your return is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed for shipping. Upon receipt, your original purchase will be inspected. Evidence of damage, alterations or resizing (not performed by an authorized jeweler) cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

For your security and ours, every GIA® diamond sold has been laser-inscribed and hallmarked. All incoming and outgoing packages are independently checked under video surveillance.

Please follow these guidelines to return diamonds or jewelry for credit:

  • Call 1-800-344-6605 for your Return Authorization Number and for help and advice on mailing high value items.
  • We will email you a return paid Federal Express AirBill.
  • Note the Return Authorization Number on the return sticker found with your original invoice.
  • Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
  • Call FedEx for pick up at 1-800-463-3339.
Other Terms & Conditions

IGC Brand Services reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Naledi Collection Online Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

IGC Brand Services reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Naledi Collection Online Store at any time.

IGC Brand Services may make changes to any products or services offered at the Naledi Collection Online Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice.

IGC Brand Services reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Naledi Collection Online Store, or to any portion of the Naledi Collection Online Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Naledi Collection Online Store, or any portion of the Naledi Collection Online Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Naledi Collection Online Store, or any portion of the Naledi Collection Online Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
